What are the infrastructures provided by The Nakara?
To ensure the most convenience for the home owners, the infrastructures for the project is our primary concern. Underground electricity and water system are provided. Additionally, there are 3 separate water reservoirs with 7-days capacity. The road into the property is a 7-meter wide concrete road.
Are the size of houses proportion to the land?
The actual proportion for each design depends on the plot, but the size of the house in most cases are not more than 50% of the land to guarantee a spacious environment.
What is the land title type?
The land title type is known as the Chanote title. The "Chanote ti din", (translated to true title deeds), are only granted for the most developed parts of Thailand. Issued by the Provincial office of the Thai Land Department, Chanote titles are accurately surveyed, plotted in relation to a national survey grid and also marked by unique numbered marker posts set in the ground. Only 10% of properties in Thailand is under this title.

Will the house be furnished?
We provide fixed furnitures for the villa, including concealed split type air-conditioning units, imported kitchen cabinet by "Sematic", solid teak wood floor for bedrooms, imported Italian composite stone with polished finish, Jacuzzi bath tub and real wood panels built-in closet.
Is the land available for purchase without the house?
To ensure to most ideal environment for all of our clients, the land is not available for sale without the house.
Can the house type for the selected plot be changed?
The house type for each plot have been carefully selected to provide optimum view and best usage of the land. However, if you desire a different type of house, it is negotiable.
Do you provide rental management?
We provide an option to manage the whole rental process for you via an external qualified rental management company.
Why do each house have two kitchens?
The two kitchens in each house type are designed for different usage. The Thai kitchen is appropriate for heavy cooking which generate a lot of smoke and heat, while the western kitchen is designed for lighter cooking and also act as an entertainment zone for the house.
Is it possible to get a bigger size plot of land?
Yes, the size of the plot is negotiable.
Who are your architecture and interior design company?
The architecture and interior work is by May 37, a Thai firm which has more than 20 years of architecture design experience in Thailand.
How long does it take to build the house?
We realize that this is a major concern for the investors, and we focus on building the house with the fastest turn-around time for the best quality possible. The construction period ranges between 10-12 months.
